Head into your Sunday with 75 minutes of rest & relaxation using our Finnish sauna, individual cold plunges, and thermal pool–then enjoy brunch or lunch at Mila’s restaurant with your $10 gift card. This is a free-flow version of our Workshops. Each session features two Aufguss performances.

We request you cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

If you purchase a Madison + Green Aromatherapy Inhaler with your Workshop, you will pick it up that evening.
