SWEAT SESSIONS
Timbre Sweat Sessions are a 75-minute free-flow experience that allow you to relax and recharge through hot and cold exposure, and longer Aufguss performances, for a restorative morning when you need it. We are currently hosting on Sunday mornings until November 2, and on Columbus Day.
For Sweat Sessions, we provide 100% sustainably-sourced cotton towels, robes (upon request), and hydration. Please bring your own slides.
WORKSHOPS
Timbre Thermal Workshops are a 2-hour guided experience that inspires relaxation, connection, and ongoing discovery through hot and cold exposure, guided breathwork at the beginning and end of each Workshop, and wellness rituals (like Aufguss) inspired by bathhouse culture.

We start and end each workshop with guided breathwork to level set before your thermal cycle and for balance and harmony from within.

Begin your cycle by warming the body in the thermal pool. You can come back to the thermal pool at any time during your workshop.

Sweat it out in a modern Finnish Sauna and experience bathhouse rituals such as Aufguss. What is Aufuss?

Plunge into one of the individual cold plunges for an instant energy boost. Some say it reduces muscle soreness and inflammation, boosts immune function, and improves mental well-being. If you haven’t plunged before, we promise it’s worth trying.

Throughout your experience, we encourage you to take take breaks between cycles in our recovery studio.
